ridgeback® yoga understands that you may wish to touch and feel our rug before using it by ordering it first. We have a 30 day money back policy. Please do NOT practice with this at a studio as once it's been used or washed, we can not take it back. This includes laying the ridgeback rug over your mat at home free of dirt, dust, hair and/or animal fur, oils, and perfume.
All international orders are final.
How to return:
- email us with a reason for return at info@ridgeback.yoga
- we'll send you instructions on a return
Your return will be accepted if your item:
- Is returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Has not been used, dirty, stained, animal fur, hair, worn, or washed.
- All tags and labels are attached.
The following returns are not accepted:
- Over 30 days since you received your order.
- Rug has been actively used or worn.
- rug has dirt, dust, hair, stains, oils, perfumes
- rug has been altered or washed.
- Tags and/or labels have been removed and missing.
- International orders
Please note all items are subject to inspection. If you bought from us via expedited shipping, the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
